You know I wasn't coming to Cali without doing some fishing 🤙Amazing overnight trip to Catalina Island - first time attempting to sleep on a boat....no success, so I stayed up with the First Mate and Deckhand watching them catch bait, seals stealing the bait, and checking out spots to fish in the morning. Me and the First Mate pulled in the first Halibut while everyone slept. Pretty cool experience overall 😎 We spent the day filling the cooler with rock fish, halibut, yellowtail, sheepshead, calico bass, whitefish, and perch.
