Surf Fishing In The Storm

Fair weather never made a seasoned angler.

Conditions were less than ideal today with the rain and storms but with a stressful work week approaching, we decided to go for it! Although the fishing was not stellar, the vitamin sea and ocean breeze was exactly what the doctor ordered to prepare for the week ahead.

When: Incoming Tide (9a to 11a)
What: Whiting and Ladyfish
Water Color: DIRTY
Winds: NE at 10-12 mph
Bait: Fresh Dead Shrimp, Fishbites (Pink Shrimp)
Rigs: life4reel Double Droppers (Orange worked best), The Sinker Guy Sputniks, floridasurftackle.com and St. Croix Rods, Penn Reels
